Mabera

Remote Operations. Real Infrastructure. Real Results.

I'm Yunusa Hussein Adeiza. I build and run things remotely, from client operations and communities of half a million people to blockchain infrastructure and AI training pipelines, and I do the work myself before I ever hand it off.

I'm Mabera, a remote operations specialist, community builder, and Web3/AI infrastructure operator based in Abuja, Nigeria. Over the past three years I've built a career out of showing up reliably across four very different worlds at once: government health data systems, client operations, online communities, and decentralised technology.

I currently manage health data and M&E systems for a government health programme covering thirty or more primary healthcare facilities, reporting to the FCT Department of Health, while running Mabera Labs, my own remote services company, and staying active as a blockchain validator, AI trainer, and DAO contributor across more than thirty projects.

What connects all of it is the same instinct: build the system, do the work properly, and follow through without needing to be chased. I was recently accepted into Adaption's inaugural AI research grant cohort, supported by a research team including Sara Hooker and Sudip Roy, which I consider one of the clearest external signals that this way of working actually holds up.

Five disciplines, one operator.

Virtual Assistance & Operations

Executive support, scheduling, correspondence, records management, and client pipeline coordination. I manage the operational backbone that lets founders and teams focus on what only they can do.

Customer Support

Phone, chat, and email support across time zones. Multi-channel query resolution, CRM-style case tracking, and the kind of follow-through that turns a one-time enquiry into a returning client.

Community Management

Discord and Telegram community growth and moderation for Web3 and AI projects. Content calendars, AMA hosting, engagement strategy, and moderation at real scale, across communities with combined memberships of 300,000 to 500,000 or more members.

AI Training & Web3 Infrastructure

AI data annotation, RLHF tasks, and model evaluation for platforms including Gensyn AI. Blockchain node operation across validator, prover, and sequencer roles on more than thirty networks, plus active DAO governance participation.

Website Building & Small Business Tools

I build simple, functional websites and small web tools for businesses that need an online presence without the overhead of a full agency. I built and deployed the live website for Sanitova EHS, including an integrated AI chatbot and online quote system, and I've built and deployed standalone tools including an AI-powered risk assessment agent and a multi-chain automation bot. If you're a small business that needs a working website, not just a design file, this is something I can build and deploy for you.

Signals that the work holds up.

Mabera Labs logo

One part of the work, formalised.

Mabera Labs is my company, the formal home for the remote operations, community management, AI training, and Web3 infrastructure work I do for clients. I founded it in 2026 to bring three years of parallel work under one roof, and to give clients a single, dependable point of contact for work that used to live across four different hats.

If you're looking to work with me on a specific project, Mabera Labs is where that conversation starts.
